Unexpected surreal everyday stuff

Amazing, I'm writing a scene that is such an everyday scene but so surreal it really surprises me. Orla's reactions and thoughts are priceless!
And I like Ruben's advice. She should definitely watch more good comedies.

Any suggestion what comedy they could watch. For now it is something including space ships. I either need a real comedy which would be kind of cool, but a really good one (!) or a interesting name for a future film director (female).
